Your Satisfaction Is Important To Us

We pride ourselves on carrying the highest quality products. At The Plant Hatch, our goal is to make sure you’re happy with each and every delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we understand that there are times when uncontrollable conditions such as weather, placement, air quality, watering, and general care may impact their freshness. Therefore, please contact us if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or delivery. We will give thoughtful consideration to requests for a refresh, and in many cases, we will happily replace your product.

If for any reason you are not happy with any non-perishable product purchased, you may return it for a cash/credit card refund, in-store credit, or equivalent product exchange within 15 days. Original receipt(s) must accompany all returns. 

Store Policy 
An item may be returned if:

  • Printed Cash Register Receipt accompanies your return.
  • Return is within 15 days of purchase date.
  • Item is unused and in re-saleable condition.
  • It is not a final sale item.

If your purchase is being returned and was originally paid for with a credit card, it must be returned with the original credit card with which it was purchased. If the item was purchased with store credit/ gift card, it must be returned to a form of store credit.
